Unfortunately, you cannot use the Print Screen button to capture only one monitor when there're two or more.

The Print Screen button is only capable of taking a screenshot of a window and fullscreen (all screens under multi-screens).

If you're about to take a screenshot of an app from one monitor, you can still take advantage of the Print Screen button along with another button on your keyboard.

Use the Print Screen button to capture a window from one monitor:

Use your cursor to click on the target window to help your Print Screen button locate it.

Then, press the Print Screen button and Alt button altogether to capture the content of the chosen window.
